Complaints

ELK Travel takes all feedback seriously. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to hear about it so we can make it right.

In the first instance, please contact your dedicated travel manager directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly and personally.

If you'd prefer to raise a formal complaint, please email hello@elk.travel or call 1300 355 885 with a description of your concern. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within one business day and resolve them as quickly as possible.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) or the relevant state consumer protection authority.
