ELK Travel acts as an agent for third-party travel providers including airlines, hotels, and ground transport operators. While we exercise care in selecting providers, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these third parties.

All quoted prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and amendment fees vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking.

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. ELK Travel can assist with documentation but does not guarantee entry to any destination.

We recommend all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
